Saskatchewan District To submit Church Tithes, Sunday School Tithes, Home missions funds, Group Insurance payments, download the Saskatchewan District Remittance form and mail the form with the cheque to: PAOC SK District Office, 3488 Fairlight Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7M 3Z4. To submit Women's Ministries (WM)/Women of Resolve donations, download the WM Remittance Form and mail the form with the cheque to: PAOC SK District Office, 3488 Fairlight Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7M 3Z4. International Office To submit Pension Fund remittances, loan payments, or subscription payments, download the General Remittance Form, and mail the form with the cheque to Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, 2450 Milltower Court, Mississauga, ON, L5N 5Z6. To submit Missions offering for a specific missions project, to support a missionary, general missions, giving, ChildCare Plus or MAK offerings, download the Missions Giving Remittance Form and mail the form with the cheque to Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, 2450 Milltower Court, Mississauga, ON L5N 5Z6.
